Shell Cove Capital Management
Shell Cove Capital Management (SCCM) holds an Australian Financial Services Licence, number 247143, issued in 2004 by The Australian Securities and Investment Commission. SCCM has been actively involved in Funds Management and Asset Management since 2005.
The company has more recently used its licence and vast industry experience to help well qualified individuals and small firms to achieve their business goals under the umbrella of the AFSL.
RICHARD JENKINS
CEO, Fund Manager and Director
Richard began his career with Hill Samuel Australia in 1979, working in the International Division actively trading in Bullion, Currency, Fixed Income and Equity business over a 10 year period and was appointed to a leadership role in 1986.
In 1985, Hill Samuel was granted an Australian Banking licence and changed its name to Macquarie Bank. In the early 1990’s Richard also became head of the Macquarie Equities, the bank’s institutional and retail stock broking arm, and later the co-head of the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory businesses.
Richard began his career in the International Division of Hill Samuel Australia actively trading in bullion, currencies, fixed income and equities.
When Hill Samuel became Macquarie Bank Richard headed up Macquarie Equities, the bank’s institutional and retail stockbroking arm, and later became co-head of the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory businesses.
Richard went on to establish SCCM as a funds management business that focusses on global macro investing built around his vast knowledge of derivative markets. Today, SCCM focusses its activities as a fund manager on small and emerging companies opportunities, both listed and unlisted.

PAUL BRECH
CCO, COO and Director
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial services. He has a comprehensive understanding of financial products and a specialised focus on equities, FX and derivatives. This intimate product knowledge is underpinned by a strong regulatory and compliance background. As a manager of compliance functions at executive level, he has served for over a decade as both an AFSL Responsible Manager and a Responsible Executive under the ASX Market Participant regulations.
After graduating from Oxford University, Paul commenced his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) as a financial services specialist in London. Following a secondment to Tokyo he moved to Australia in 1989.
Paul subsequently joined Macquarie Bank’s Equities Group and rose to Division Director level. His responsibilities included risk management and the establishment of new businesses. Paul later moved to global stockbroker BTIG where he led the establishment of the group’s wholesale business in Australia. He served as Chief Executive of BTIG Australia for seven years. A recognised leader in the industry, Paul also served as a member of AIMA’s Education Committee for five years.
Paul is one of the original founders of Shell Cove. Today he is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and serves as Responsible Manager for AFS licence purposes and chairs the Compliance Committee.

BRETT SPORK
Director
Brett has extensive experience in Funds Management, Banking and Financial Markets. He was recognised by his peers as Australian Stockbroker of the Year in 2004. His previous roles have included Chief Executive Officer of E*Trade Australia, and an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank within their Wealth Management division.
His knowledge of the securities industry has seen him act as an expert witness, particularly in civil disputes relating to advice and he is on the boards of listed investment companies including Clime Asset Management, PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund, and PM Capital Asian Opportunities Fund.
Brett also supports unlisted early-stage companies, serving as a Director of EATS Display, and as an advisor to San Francisco-based fintech Linqto.
